Christopher Noble is a Senior Solicitor with Atherton Godfrey specialising in Clinical Negligence litigation on behalf of adults and children.
He joined Atherton Godfrey in November 2007 having qualified as a solicitor in 1994. He trained in Leeds and subsequently specialised in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence with Yorkshire practices also gaining partnership and departmental management experience.
He has dealt with a wide variety of Clinical Negligence claims, many of high value, including patients incorrectly diagnosed/treated and birth injury claims.
Other Clinical Negligence experience includes cases involving treatment in general surgery, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, accident and emergency, general practitioner care, vascular surgery and obstetric care.
Christopher is one of a relatively small number of individual solicitors who are members of the Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme (formerly the Law Society Panel).
The Scheme is assessed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and is for solicitors who represent victims of Clinical Negligence. Lawyers who belong to the scheme have satisfied the SRA that they can conduct actions properly on behalf of patients and their knowledge and experience have been rigorously and independently assessed.
Also a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) with accredited status as a Senior litigator.
