Atherton Godfrey employs more than 80 people, in a wide variety of clerical, administrative, accounts and support roles, as well as legal advisers.

Depending on the nature of the post and the particular requirements at the time, we employ people across a wide range of experience from school leavers to experienced qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives.

The firm currently has a policy of recruiting up to 2 trainee solicitors a year. Recruitment is carried out a year in advance and applications are accepted up to 31 st July each year with a view to commencing the following year. Interviews take place in August and offers of training places are issued later that month, ideally before trainees take up their places on Legal Practice Courses.
